1. How to book
Send your request on the website, on WhatsApp or at one of our branches. We send a detailed quote showing what is and isn’t included, then confirm once you approve and pay.
2. Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once payment is received and the ticket or hotel voucher is issued; documents are sent electronically.
3. Payment methods
We accept bank cards (mada, Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, bank transfer, and Tabby and Tamara instalments subject to their terms.
4. Deposits
Some packages require a deposit to secure the booking, with the balance due before the date stated in the quote.
5. Invoicing
We issue a ZATCA-compliant electronic tax invoice for every transaction, and monthly invoicing is available for corporate accounts.
