Only what is needed to fulfil your booking: your name as in your passport, phone number, email, passport and visa details where required, and travel preferences.
We also collect limited technical data when you browse the site (such as browser type and cookies) to improve the service and measure advertising.

To issue tickets, confirm hotel and service bookings, submit visa applications, contact you about your trip, and send offers if you have opted in.
3. Sharing
We share data only with parties needed to deliver the service: airlines, hotels, transport providers, embassies and visa centres, and payment providers. We never sell your data.
4. Protection and retention
We apply technical and organisational safeguards and keep data only as long as Saudi regulations or your booking require, then delete it securely.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.
