1. General principle
Each provider’s cancellation rules apply (airline, hotel or tour operator), and we share them with you in writing before payment.
2. Flight tickets
Governed by the fare rules of the ticket: some fares are non-refundable, others allow changes for a fee plus any fare difference.
3. Hotels and tour packages
Free cancellation applies only where the booking states it and within its deadline. After the deadline, one or more nights or the full amount may be charged per the provider’s policy.
4. Visas
Embassy, visa-centre and service fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted, regardless of the outcome.
5. How refunds are paid
Eligible amounts are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving them from the provider. The agency service fee stated at booking may be deducted.
